Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in our BRIDESMAID, CURVE, JUMPSUITS, and KNITWEAR collections. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, earrings, or any intimate apparel. Bridal party accessories with personalisation cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our team: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request using the template below.
  2. Wait for approval: Our Chichester-based team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package your item: Securely repackage the item with all original tags and packaging.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our UK address using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is received. If the exchange item is of higher value, we will contact you for the balance payment.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK should note:

  • Return shipping costs are not refundable
  • You are responsible for any customs fees on returned items
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges

Faulty Items
