We process all orders within 1-2 business days from our Chichester headquarters. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

Please note: We currently do not ship to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, you may return it within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

How to Return an Item

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is received. If the exchange item is of higher value, we will contact you for the balance payment.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK should note:

  • Return shipping costs are not refundable
  • You are responsible for any customs fees on returned items
